Your Data, Your Control

GracePeriod is built on a simple principle: your health information belongs to you. We don't collect it, store it in the cloud by default, or sell it. Here's how we protect your privacy.

What Data We Access

GracePeriod reads data you already track in Apple Health: sleep, heart rate, temperature, movement, cycle information, and menopause symptoms you log. We read this data on your device only. Nothing is automatically sent to our servers.

How We Store It

All analysis runs on your iPhone. Your health data stays in Apple Health. We don't have servers, don't maintain a database of your information, and don't store anything in the cloud. Everything happens locally on your device.

What We Never Do

  • Sell or share your health data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising or marketing
  • Store your health information on our servers without your explicit consent
  • Share data with healthcare providers without your request
  • Track you across other apps or websites

Your Rights

You can:

  • Export your complete health history anytime
  • Delete any logged data or the entire history
  • Use the app completely offline—no internet required

Security

Since GracePeriod has no servers and stores nothing in the cloud, there is no data in transit. All analysis happens on your device using secure, industry-standard methods. We do not store passwords or payment information.

Third Parties

We don't use third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking services. We do not allow Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar trackers. No third parties have access to your health data.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this privacy policy, we'll update this page and notify you in the app. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
